25 things to do during the year I turn 25

9. Have a scrapbooking day with Mom.
10. Finish reading Confederacy of Dunces.
11. Do a photoshoot session with just me and Conrad.
12. Make creme brulee at home with Conrad.
13. Lose 10 pounds. (I lost five!)
14. Get three stories accepted for publication in national magazines.
15. Write a profile on Jason Mann of Full Moon Cooperative, Farm 255, 1000 Faces Coffee and Rye Bar.
16. Take a trip outside the Southeast with Conrad.
17. Attend the Aerial Dance Festival in Boulder. (Registration form sent!)
18. Make cheese.
19. Sew a runner for the dining table.
20. Get the wall of art hung.
21. Achieve the perfect hair color.
22. Grow a successful herb garden.
23. Switch out the closet doors for fabric panels. (in progress)
24. Be able to do a handstand.
25. Volunteer to work in the fields at Full Moon Farm at least a couple of days this summer. Slight variation: I volunteer at Roots Farm.

*this amazing old-timey cocktail I had last night at Farm 255: gin with anise, lavendar and vanilla crushed in it.

EDIT: a belated, (carelessly overlooked), and heartfelt thank-you goes to Andrea of Hula Seventy, who inspired this list with amazing lists of her own.

EDITED AGAIN: I'll be crossing things off my list as I do them. Woot!

love them all except #21... the color looks OK on her, but I've always thought the golden-blond look was better for you.
