Bridalmania!
I've had my *for real* engagement ring for about a week now. It is the most beautiful thing in the world. It's a diamond I inherited from my Mama Bebe in a setting me and Conrad picked out together. I'll put a picture up soon.
Julia gave me the beautiful aqua bowls from the Calvin Klein china line we registered for! The color had been discontinued, much to my dismay. But she bought them before they disappeared into the night, and OH! how I love her so!
I need to come to terms with the fact that Anna Kuperberg will not be photographing my wedding. I wish I had never seen your beautiful work, Anna! Nothing will ever compare. I feel absolutely heartbroken about the fact that the photos of my own wedding, though not yet taken, will be but pale imitations of the incredible light and composition of her photographs. I don't think you people understand just how in love I am with this woman's work. Go, look now! 'Tis better to have loved and to have lost, than to have never loved at all.
Soul Music Slow Jam next weekend! I have so many excellent plans in the works. If you miss it, I'm warning you ... you might as well just die. THAT. is how awesome it is going to be.
